Due to the nature of digital products (which are downloadable and cannot be ‘returned’), we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the download link is generated.
Exceptions:
- If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- If the file you downloaded is corrupted or not as described (and we are unable to fix it).
In such cases, please contact us at [Your Business Email] within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
Cancellation: > Since digital products are delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is made.
